The FS 550 e moved Husaberg into the Unlimited supermoto class with a 550 cc single, electric start only and a six-speed gearbox. The road-legal version added lights and a plate holder over the competition FS 550 c. A US test praised its stable chassis and strong brakes while calling the power delivery punchy and rough.
